COUNTER STAFF (PHILIPPINES NATIONALITY PREFERRED)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counter Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and selling a range of travel services, including transportation, accommodations, insurance, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Book air tickets, transportation, and make hotel reservations for clients.
  • Collect payments and fees from clients in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel software for efficient booking and reservation processes.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodation options.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new travel products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed profit and sales targets set by the company

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Counter Staff or in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in using GDS and other travel software.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
