HOLIDAY CONSULTANT (ARABIC SPEAKING)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Holidays Consultant who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to Arabic-speaking clients seeking holiday packages. Key Responsibilities

Assist Arabic-speaking clients in planning and booking holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and cultural experiences to meet clients’ preferences and interests.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, providing personalized recommendations and resolving any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments using the company’s reservation system.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new holiday destinations to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a strong background in holiday package sales and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Knowledge of popular holiday destinations, cultural attractions, and travel activities.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with reservation systems and travel booking platforms.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
