    Trip Itinerary

    • 29 Nov 2024: Arrival in Nairobi

      You will be arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be welcomed by our representative. Go to the Giraffe Center and if time allows go for a city tour. Accommodation and breakfast at Fairmont the Norfolk.

    • 30 Nov 2024: Nairobi to Masai Mara

      It will also be possible to travel through the great rift valley to Masai Mara. Lunch at Keekorok Lodge, which is the starting point of the game drive. Have an early evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Keekorok Lodge (FB).

    • 01 Dec 2024: Full Day Game Viewing

      Go for a full day game drive with an option of having a picnic lunch. See the wildlife of the Masai Mara and if you are fortunate, see the Big 5. Accommodation: Keekorok Lodge (Full Board) Dinner & overnight.

      03 Dec 2024: Departure After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Nairobi and to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home.

    • 45+ days before departure: 30% non-refundable
    • 44-31 days before departure: This cost is about 45 percent of the total cost of the project.
    •  30-15 days before departure: It was found out that an average of 60% of total cost was incurred by the organizations from which the samples were collected.
    •  14-10 days before departure: Total cost of the project is divided into two categories namely direct cost and indirect cost which are 75% of the total cost.

    Less than 10 days before departure: Total cost is the sum of direct and indirect cost which is 100 percent.

    Note: The above rates are based on availability at the time of confirmation. It is recommended that your passport be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return and UAE residence permit should be valid at the time of travel. Immigration is the factor that determines the approvals of Visa. If the student needs help with visa, then he/she can avail this service at an extra cost.
